Delete your HaoChi account

You can delete your HaoChi account and all the data linked to it at any time, even without the app.

How to delete it

  1. From the HaoChi app: open your profile and tap "Delete account".
  2. From the website: log in and use "Delete account" at the bottom of your profile
  3. From this page: enter your email below and we will send you a link to confirm the deletion.

What we delete

  • name, surname, email and password;
  • the links to Google, Facebook and Apple;
  • the active sign-ins from the app and the website;
  • the newsletter subscription.

What we keep

No data from your account: the deletion is immediate and permanent. Database backup copies are overwritten within 30 days.
